Abstract:
Tato disertační práce kriticky analyzuje aplikaci a interpretaci tzv. “společného zločineckého plánu” (Joint Criminal Enterprise) Mezinárodním trestním tribunálem pro bývalou Jugoslávii na straně jedné a Zvláštním senátem pro válečné zločiny Soudu Bosny a Hercegoviny na straně druhé.
Abstract:
This PhD thesis critically analyses an application and interpretation of a Joint Criminal Enterprise by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and by the War Crimes Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
