Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právní úpravou a výkladem skončení pracovního poměru. Kromě rozboru jednotlivých ustanovení českého zákoníku práce text obsahuje i náhled do slovenské a polské právní úpravy.
Abstract:
The thesis discusses the relationships of legal regulation and the definition related to employment termination. Apart from the analysis of the comprehensive provisions of the Czech Labour Code, the text also provides insight into Slovak and Polish legal protocols.
