Physiological effects of caffein and its determination in beverages using liquid phase separation techniques
Abstract:
První část této práce je věnována fyziologickým účinkům kofeinu na organismus. Druhá část se zabývá stanovením kofeinu v nápojích (káva, čaj, nealkoholické a energetické nápoje) pomocí kapalinové chromatografie a elektroforézy.
Abstract:
The first part of this work is devoted to the physiological effects of caffeine on the organism. The second part deals with determination of caffeine in beverages (coffee, tea, non-alcoholic and energy drinks) by liquid chromatography and electrophoresis.
