Produkce enzymů, které dovedou potlačovat působení betalaktamových antibiotik, je jedním z nejrozšířenějších a nejnebezpečnějších mechanismů rezistence u bakterií. Širokospektré betalaktamázy dovedou úspěšně inhibovat účinek i cefalosporinů třetí generace. Abstract:
The production of enzymes that can suppress the action of beta-lactam antibiotics is one of the most widespread and dangerous mechanisms of resistance in bacteria. Extended-spectrum beta-lactamases can successfully inhibit event he third generation of cephalosporines.
