Práce se zabývá syntézou nových derivátů 1,3-thiazolidin-4-onů a 1,3-thiazin-4-onů z homoallenylaldehydů, methyl-sulfanylacetátu, methyl-3-sulfanylpropanoátu a amoniaku nebo methylaminu pomocí one-pot reakce. U nově získaných allenylových derivátů byly hledány a nalezeny vhodné podmínky pro využití těchto látek jako prekurzorů pro přípravu nových sirných bicyklických heterocyklů. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the synthesis of new derivates of 1,3-thiazolidin-4-one and 1,3-thiazin-4-ones from homoallenylaldehydes, methythiglycolate, methyl-3-sulfanylpropanoate and ammonia or methylamine by a one-pot reaction.
