Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním celkové změny legislativy spotřebitelských úvěrů a jejími dopady na trh a jednotlivé subjekty trhu. Dále hodnotí vhodnost použití RPSN na základě událostí minulých let a dostupnosti ověření správnosti tohoto ukazatele pro běžného spotřebitele. This thesis deals with the examination of the overall change in consumer credit legislation and its impacts on the market and individual market participants. Furthermore, it assesses the suitability of APR using the past events and the availability of verifying the accuracy of this indicator for the average consumer.
