Analysis of transfer pricing
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku převodních cen v České republice. Zkoumá, které zákony jsou spjaty s převodními cenami, které metody jsou vhodné pro výpočet převodních cen. Důležitou součástí určení převodních cen je princip tržního odstupu. Práce popisuje pět základních metod stanovení převodních cen. Práce doporučuje, jak ve společnostech upravit dokumentaci o převodních cenách.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on transfer pricing in the Czech Republic. It examines laws that are associated with transfer pricing, which methods are appropriate for the calculation of transfer prices.
