Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat novou společenskou síť pro navazování kontaktů. Nejdříve byl proveden výzkum existujících sítí a byly vyhodnoceny jejich silné a slabé stránky. Byly popsány principy ochrany osobních údajů uživatelů. Z tohoto vzešel návrh přímočaré společenské sítě, která nevyžaduje vyplňování dotazníků s citlivými osobními údaji. Byla určena kritéria pro volbu technologií vhodných pro implementaci a na jejich základě byla vybrána kombinace Node.js jako webového frameworku a Redis jako úložiště dat. Implementace proběhla se zaměřením především na výkon a byla popsána z uživatelského i programátorského pohledu. Výsledný prototyp je plně funkční.

Abstract:

The main goal of this thesis was to design and implement a new social network for making acquaintances. First a research of such networks already in existence was conducted and their pros and cons were evaluated. Principles of user data protection were presented. On this ground, a new straightforward social network was designed where the need to fill out questionnaires with sensitive information is eliminated. Criteria for technologies suitable for the implementation were determined, and based on them the combination of Node.js as a web framework and Redis as a data store was chosen. Implementation took place with focus mainly on performance and was described from both users' and programmers' point of view. The resulting prototype is fully functioning.
