Diplomová práce je věnována stěžejnímu dílu Johna Rawlse "Teorie spravedlnosti", ohlasům, kritikám a diskuzím objevujícím se po jejím vydání. V souvislosti s Rawlsovými myšlenkami se objevuje snaha o formulaci a analýzu „obecných“ problémů politických teorií. This master diploma disertation is dedicated to the one of the most important publications of John Rawls known as "Theory of Justice", it's critiques and discussions which has appeared after the publishing in 1971. In relevance with Rawls' ideas, the aim of this disertation is to formulate and analyze the general problems of polithical theories and to identify the conditions important for further contemplation …more
