Conservative and post-surgical treatment of a combined upper and lower limb injury: case report
Abstract:
This paper will describe a clinical case of a patient who suffered a combined injury to the right shoulder (clavicle fracture) and right knee (ACL injury) following a road accident. This patient was treated conservatively. as regards the shoulder, while the knee injury was treated in a bloody way (surgery) considering the desire to return to practicing his sport.
