Liquidation of a business company and role of liquidator
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnutí pohledu na proces likvidace a osobu likvidátora. Práce seznamuje s charakteristikou celého procesu a jednotlivými povinnostmi likvidátora. V druhé části se práce zabývá statistickým zmapovaní situace na poli likvidací obchodních společností v České republice.
Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to provide a view on process of liquidation and liquidator person. The thesis familiarises with characteristic of whole process and particular duties of liquidator. In the second part the thesis is focusing on statistical mapping of the situation in the field of business companies liquidation in Czech republic.
