Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu institutu účelové kategorizace pozemků v České republice. Nejprve je stručně pojednáno o historii členění pozemků, dále jsou vymezeny hlavní právní předpisy upravující tuto problematiku a základní pojmy potřebné pro další výklad.
