Predložená bakalárska práca sa zaoberá obchodnými zmluvami a ich osobitosťami v obchodnom práve. Práca je diferencovaná do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola tejto práce je zameraná na všeobecné poznatky o obchodných zmluvách. Objasňujeme pojem a právnu úpravu obchodných zmlúv.
