Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou rodová rovnosť na trhu práce. Prvá kapitola vymedzuje základné pojmy, teórie segregácie a nástroje rodovej rovnosti na trhu práce. Analytická časť definuje základné ukazovatele a miery segregácie. Analyzuje zastúpenie mužov a žien v jednotlivých odvetviach a triedach povolaní.
