Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti investice do fotovoltaické elektrárny. Hodnocený projekt je hodnocen zpětně a to k datu plánované výstavby v roce 2009. Během období od roku 2009 do roku 2014 došlo ke značným změnám a úpravám jak zákona, tak podpory. Tyto skutečnosti jsou zohledněny na konci aplikační části. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce je zaměřena na představení problematiky spojené s investováním, s tvorbou podnikatelského plánu a představuje jednotlivé metody hodnocení, které jsou poté aplikovány na vybraný investiční projekt. Aplikační část je rozdělena na několik pasáží. Začíná představením investičního záměru včetně charakteristiky vstupních parametrů a dat, poté je představen finanční plán obsahující plánovanou rozvahy a výkaz zisku ztrát na celý životní cyklus projektu. Na základě těchto finančních výkazů je provedeno komplexní hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti projektu, které zahrnuje hlavní směrodatné ukazatele, mezi které patří čistá současná hodnota, diskontovaná a prostá doba návratnosti, index rentability a vnitřní výnosové procento. Tyto ukazatele jsou aplikovány z pohledu na celkové hodnocení projektu, z pohledu na vložený vlastní kapitál a z pohledu vyhodnocení finanční stability projektu při použití cizích zdrojů financování. Závěr aplikační obsahuje, jak velký vliv by mělo na projekt zavedení některých regulačních opatření a také analýzu efektivnosti projektu v případě změny, resp. snížení výkupních cen energie.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of investments into photovoltaic power plants. The project has been evaluated retrospectively to the date of the planned construction in 2009. During the period from 2009 - 2014 there have been significant changes and modification of the law and support. These facts are taken into account at the end of the application part. Theoretically-methodological part is focused on performance of the issues related to investing and developing a business plan and it also presents different methods of the evaluation which are applied to the selected investment project. The application part is divided into several passages. It begins with the introduction of the investment plan which includes the characteristics of the input parameters and the data. Then there is the financial plan presented. It contains the planned balance sheet and profit and loss account for the entire project life cycle. On the basis of those financial statements the complex evaluation of the economical efficiency of the project has been made. It includes the main standard indicators as net present value, discounted and simple payback period, profitability index and internal rate of return. These indicators are applied in terms of the overall evaluation of the project from the perspective of the embedded equity from the perspective of assessing the financial stability of the project using foreign funding sources. Conclusion of the application part deals with the question of how much the project would have been influenced in case of a particular regulatory measures and it also shows an analysis of the effectiveness of the project in case of changes, for example in case of reduction of the purchase prices of energy.
