Business Plan for the Establishment of a Midwifery Service in Zlin

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku podnikání v oblasti porodnictví a možnost založení nového centra porodní asistence. V rámci řešení této problematiky byly zpracovány analýzy, které ukázaly současnou situaci na trhu služeb v oblasti porodnictví v České republice a ve Zlínském kraji. Byl proveden dotazníkový průzkum, který byl realizován formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Podstatou tohoto průzkumu bylo zjištění zájmu o služby centra porodní asistence mezi ženami ve Zlínském kraji. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že by ženy o služby centra porodní asistence zájem měly a velká část těchto žen by byla ochotna za tyto služby platit. Na základě výsledků tohoto průzkumu byl vypracován podnikatelský plán na založení centra porodní asistence ve Zlíně. Součástí tohoto plánu je i finanční, riziková a časová analýza. Výsledkem této diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán, který může sloužit jako podklad pro zřízení centra porodní asistence v nové nemocnici ve zlínské části Malenovice.

Abstract:

The master thesis is focused on the business issue in the field of obstetrics and possibility to establish new centre of birth attendance. It was elaborated analysis as a part of this thesis which showed current situation in obstetrics service market in Czech Republic and Zlín region. The questionnaire survey was conducted that was made by quantitative research method. This research was based on finding out the interest of centre of birth attendance within women in Zlín region. It was founded that women are interested in centre of birth attendance and most of women are willing to pay money for this kind of services also. It was developed business plan for establishment new centre of birth attendance in Zlín based on results of this survey. The business plan includes financial, risk and time analysis. The result of this master thesis is business plan which can be used as a basis for the establish-ment of the new centre of birth attendance in the new hospital in Malenovice.
