Vliv Průmyslu 4.0 na zaměstnanost v České republice v komparaci s EU

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zkoumání, jak Průmysl 4.0 ovlivnil zaměstnanost v České republice a v jakém průmyslu konkrétně. Dále bude zkoumáno, jak je na tom se zaměstnaností v období čtvrté průmyslové revoluce Česká republika oproti ostatním státům Evropské Unie. Na otázku, jak Průmysl 4.0 ovlivnil zaměstnanost v České republice jsem využil metodu dotazníkového šetření. Na otázku, jak je na tom se zaměstnaností v období čtvrté průmyslové revoluce Česká republika oproti ostatním státům Evropské Unie jsem využil porovnávací metodu. Dotazníkové šetření pro první otázku vyplnilo více mužů než žen. Respondenti byli ze všech věkových skupin. Nejvíce respondentů bylo z Jihočeského a Plzeňského kraje. Respondenti také pocházeli z Vysočiny, Zlínského kraje, Prahy nebo Středočeského kraje. Nejčastěji se respondenti o Průmyslu 4.0 dozvěděli ze školy. Nejvíce respondentů má vystudovanou střední školu s maturitou. Respondenti si myslí, že Průmysl 4.0 nejvíce ovlivnil strojírenství, zemědělství, výrobu automobilů, výrobu obecně a IT. Naopak si respondenti myslí, že nejméně Průmysl 4.0 ovlivnil restaurace, školství, uklízečky a politiky. Respondenti si nejčastěji myslí, že se do České republiky průmysl 4.0 zatím moc nedostal. U druhé výzkumné otázky to dopadlo tak, že nejlépe na tom s nezaměstnaností byla Česká republika, Německo a Rakousko. V České republice bylo nezaměstnáno 4,45 % obyvatel. V Německu bylo nezaměstnáno 4,89 % obyvatel a v Rakousku bylo nezaměstnáno 4,91 % obyvatel. Největší přínos bude mít bakalářská práce pro podniky, u kterých je Průmysl 4.0 již rozvinutý a pro podniky, kde Průmysl 4.0 stále chybí. Dále bude mít bakalářská práce přínos pro čtenáře, kteří se o Průmysl 4.0 zabývají. Mohou se dočíst více informací, které třeba nevěděli. V bakalářské práci by se mohlo zkoumat například, jaká byla zaměstnanost během první, druhé, třetí a čtvrté průmyslové revoluce a mohly by se data dále srovnávat. Na tuto studii již nemám dostatek dat. Proto bych navrhoval na bakalářskou práci navázat, a i na tuto otázku odpovědět.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to investigate how Industry 4.0 has affected employment in the Czech Republic and in which industry specifically. Furthermore, it will be examined how the Czech Republic is doing with employment in the period of the fourth industrial revolution compared to other European Union states. I used the questionnaire survey method to answer the question of how Industry 4.0 affected employment in the Czech Republic. I used the comparative method to answer the question of how the Czech Republic is doing with employment in the period of the fourth industrial revolution compared to other European Union states. More men than women completed the survey for the first question. The respondents were from all age groups. The largest number of respondents were from the South Bohemian and Pilsen regions. Respondents also came from Vysočina, the Zlín Region, Prague or the Central Bohemian Region. Respondents most often learned about Industry 4.0 from school. Most respondents have completed high school with a high school diploma. Respondents think that Industry 4.0 has most affected engineering, agriculture, car manufacturing, manufacturing in general and IT. On the contrary, respondents think that Industry 4.0 has least affected restaurants, education, cleaners and politicians. Respondents most often think that Industry 4.0 has not yet reached the Czech Republic. For the second question, Slovakia had an employment rate of 67.2%. Germany had an employment rate of 75.9%. In Austria, employment was 72.9%. In Poland, employment was 67.6%. In the Czech Republic, employment was 74.7%. From a comparison with other countries, it follows that Germany had the highest employment. The bachelor thesis will have the greatest benefit for companies where Industry 4.0 is already developed and for companies where Industry 4.0 is still lacking. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis will benefit readers who are interested in Industry 4.0. They can read more information that they may not have known. A bachelor's thesis could examine, for example, what employment was like during the first, second, third and fourth industrial revolutions, and the data could be further compared. I no longer have enough data for this study. Therefore, I would suggest tofollow up on the bachelor's thesis, and to answer this question as well.
