Planetary gearbox - two-stage gearbox
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje návrh dvoustupňové planetové převodovky pro posuvový mechanismus stolu obráběcího stroje. Práce obsahuje popis převodových mechanismů a jejich klíčových prvků a také příklady jejich aplikace na obráběcích strojích. Návrh je založen na vstupních parametrech, hrubém návrhovém výpočtu a následné validaci pomocí SW KISSsoft and MITcalc
Abstract:
Theme of the Bachelor thesis is a design of two stage planetary gearbox for translation mechanism of machine tool table. The thesis also contains a recherche of currently used transmissions and their key parts. Moreover, many examples of current appliications are included. The design of planetary gearbox is based on rough manual calculation, input data and vaidation with KISSsoft and MITcalc SW.
