Abstract:
Hlavní téma teoretické části je věnováno cyklokondenzačním reakcím, které jsou klíčové pro přípravu dusíkatých a kyslíkatých heterocyklů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na popis jednotlivých derivátů kyseliny malonové a na jednotlivé kroky syntézy "magic" malonátů. Praktická část je věnovaná právě syntéze těchto reaktivních derivátu a studiu reaktivity s fenolem a cyklohexanonem. Všechny připravené produkty …more
Abstract:
The main topic of the theoretical part is devoted to cyclocondensation reactions, which are crucial for the preparation of nitrogen and oxygen heterocycles. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the description of individual malonic acid derivatives and on the individual steps of the synthesis of "magic" malonates.
