The Application of Laser Cutting for Electromagnetic Susceptibility Devices

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce vysvětluje problematiku laserového paprsku, jeho vznik a následné využití v obráběcích, řezacích strojích. Věnuje se problematice plynových laserů CO2, které se ve strojírenství vyskytují nejčastěji. Práce popíše vznik a šíření laserového paprsku v systému stroje se zaměřením na laserové řezací stroje značky TRUMPF. Práce se dále zabývá obecným popisem materiálů, které je možné na laserových strojích opracovávat a základními podmínkami, které musí být splněny pro úspěšné řezání těchto materiálů v požadované kvalitě. Popisuje základní principy elektromagnetické kompatibility a materiály vhodné pro výrobu stínících krytů určených pro elektromagnetické stínění. Praktická část bakalářské práce představuje technologické postupy a software, který se využívá pro přípravu výrobních podkladů. Prezentuje a zdokumentuje kompletní výrobní proces od zaměření přes návrh konkrétního stínícího krytu, jeho softwarové zpracování, až po samotnou fyzickou realizaci výroby stínícího krytu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis explains the issue of laser beam, its origin and subsequent use in machine tools and cutting machines. It deals with the issue of CO2 gas lasers, which are most common in mechanical engineering. The work describes the origin and propagation of the laser beam in the machine system with a focus on TRUMPF laser cutting machines. The work also deals with a general description of materials that can be machined on laser machines and the basic conditions that must be met for successful cutting of these materials in the required quality. It describes the basic principles of electromagnetic compatibility and materials suitable for the production of shielding covers designed for electromagnetic shielding. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis presents technological procedures and software that is used for the preparation of production materials. It presents and documents the complete production process from the focus through the design of a specific shielding cover, its software processing, to the actual physical implementation of the shielding cover production.
