Perception of Dishonest Dealers by Senior Citizen

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vnímání nepoctivých obchodníků seniory. V teoretické části se věnuji problematice stárnutí a stáří, jenž přináší mnoho změn a omezení v životě seniora, které mohou ovlivňovat vnímání nepoctivých obchodníků. Dále se zabývám praktikami nepoctivých obchodníků a legislativou, která by tyto praktiky měla zakazovat či omezovat. Praktická část této práce je zaměřena na předvýzkum zjišťující úroveň kognitivních funkcí seniorů, a to na základě testu kognitivního odhadu. V následující části se zaměřuji na výzkum vnímání nepoctivých obchodníků seniory. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak senioři vnímají nepoctivé obchodníky a zda dokážou posoudit jejich nekalé nabídky.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on how the seniors perceive dishonest traders. The theoretical part deals with the problems of ageing and age, which brings many changes and restrictions in the lives of seniors that may affect the perception of dishonest traders. I also deal with the practices of dishonest traders and legislation that would prohibit such practices or restrict them. The practical part is focused on preliminary research detecting the level of cognitive function in seniors, based on a test of cognitive assessment. The next section focuses on the research of the perception of dishonest traders by seniors. The aim of this study is to determine how older people perceive dishonest traders and whether they can assess their unfair offers.
