V mé práci se zaměřuji na analýzu platné právní úpravu blokového řízení, místo blokové pokuty v systému správního trestání, komparaci s dalšími zkrácenými formami řízení podle zákona o přestupcích, správního řádu či trestního řádu a porovnání hlavních rozdílů s úpravou u našich sousedů. In my work I focus on the analysis of valid legislation coupon proceedings, place of coupon fine in the system of administrative penalties, comparison with other truncated forms of proceedings under the Act on Misdemeanours, the Administrative Code or Criminal Procedure Code and compare the main differences with the adjustment of our neighbors.
