State and law in the territory of Slovakia in the period of absolutism
Abstract:
Holistic view of legal history in Slovakia. An important element is the status of State and Law in Slovakia in the period of absolutism. Individual parts of the show each year in this period and the events that took place. In seven chapters are discussed in detail the all important year, monarchs and legal systems in different periods.
Abstract:
Ucelený pohľad na právne dejiny na území Slovenska. Dôležitým prvkom je postavenie štátu a práva na území Slovenska v období absolutizmu. Jednotlivé časti poukazujú na jednotlivé roky v tomto období a udalosti, ktoré sa odohrali. V siedmych kapitolách sa podrobne venujem všetkým významným rokom, panovníkom a právnym systémom v jednotlivých obdobiach.
