Cílem předkládané práce je podat ucelený komentář k zápisům vodních ploch do katastru nemovitostí. Jedná se o takové vodní plochy, které jsou tvořeny vodou seskupenou zpravidla v prohlubni zemského povrchu, například jezera, vodní toky, rybníky či přehradní nádrže. Abstract:
The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive commentary on entries of water land to the Land Registry. It includes types of water areas formed by water accumulated in a depression of the Earth´s surface such as lakes, water streams, ponds or dam reservoirs.
