Mykotoxiny jsou sekundární toxické metabolity, produkované několika rody Aspergillus, Fusarium a Penicillium vyskytují se v potravinách a krmivech. Mykotoxiny, které se vyznačují značnou globální pozorností, zejména aflatoxiny, ochratoxin A, toxin T-2, deoxynivanelol, fumonisiny, zearalenon, citrinin, patulin a námelové alkaloidy. Abstract:
Mycotoxins are secondary toxic metabolites, produced by several genera of Aspergillus, Fusarium and Penicillium occurring in foods and feeds. Mycotoxins, receiving considerable global attention are aflatoxins, ochratoxin A, T-2 toxin, Deoxynivanelol, fumonisins, zearalenone, citrinin, patulin and ergot alkaloids.
