Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sortiment drobného ovoce nabízený v obchodní síti. V teoretické části byla definována kvalita ovoce, charakteristika a rozdělení ovocných druhů a dále charakteristika drobného ovoce. Bachelor thesis focused on the assortment of small fruits offerred in the commercial network. In the theoretical part were defined the quality of fruits, characteristics and distribution of small fruits.
