Congenital Malformations of the Feet and the Possibilities of Their Orthotic Solution

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vrozenými vývojovými vadami chodidel a možnostmi jejich ortotického řešení. Teoretická část obsahuje stručnou anatomii nohy, informace o noze jako jednotné struktuře a vybranými vrozenými vývojovými vadami chodidel, kdy je rozebírána jejich etiologie, patologický vzhled a terapie konzervativní i operační. V praktické části je uvedena kazuistická studie několika pacientů s vrozenými vývojovými vadami s ukázkou ortotického řešení jejich problému.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with congenital malformations of the feet and the possibilities of their orthotic solution. The theoretical part contains brief anatomy of the foot, information about the foot as an integral structure and selected congenital malformations of the feet where their etiology, pathological appearance and non-operative and operative treatments are desribed. A casuistic study of a group of patients with congenital malformations of the feet and the illustration of the orthotic solution of their problems are introduced in the practical part.
