Předmětem diplomové práce „Posuzování vlivů záměrů na životní prostředí z pohledu práva“ je analýza platné právní úpravy posuzování vlivů záměrů na životní prostředí (Proces EIA) za současného využití stěžejní judikatury. Díky provedené analýze jsou odhaleny největší nedostatky, kterými právní úprava trpí a jsou navrženy možnosti jejich odstranění, či poukázáno na jejich řešení soudní judikaturou. …more
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis, "Environmental Impact Assessment from the Legal Point of View" is analysis of a current legislation of the process EIA using the current pivotal case. Thanks to the analysis, the greatest shortcomings of the legislation are revealed, the options of their removing are designed, or it is pointed out how the case law solve them.
