Ženy v Baťových továrnách

Women in the Baťa?s factories
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá postavením žen v továrnách firmy Baťa v období 30. let 20. století až po konec 2. světové války. Podrobně je zkoumán specifický fenomén studentky - dělnice, tzv. ?Mladé ženy". Diskutována je otázka, zda tyto ženy byly vedeny přednostně k tomu stát se úspěšnými pracovnicemi, nebo spíše dobrými manželkami pro Baťovské muže.
Abstract:
This work concerns the role of women in the factories of Bata?s company in the time span from 1930?s to the end of Second World War. A focus is given to the specific phenomena of the student-worker, so called ??Young Woman?. Discussed is the question whether the main object was to educate a successful worker or an ideal wife for Bata?s workers.
