Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Operativní leasing – hodnocení využití ve firmě“ je objasnění základních pojmů, spojených s různými formami financování podniku. V práci se zabývám nejen podstatou leasingu, ale též jeho silnými a slabými stránkami. Dále následuje posouzení leasingu z hlediska platné právní, daňové a účetní legislativy. V aplikační části práce jsou prostřednictvím komparativní metody porovnávány 4 odlišné formy financování pro nákup služebních automobilů.

Abstract:

The topic of the diploma thesis „Operational leasing – a company usage evaluation“ is an explication of basic terms connected to various forms of company financing. The thesis not only deals with the principle of leasing but also with its strong and weak points. The following matter is to assess leasing from the jural, fiscal and accounting legislative point of view. The application part of the thesis compares 4 different forms of service cars purchase financing, using comparative method.
