The importance of researching customer needs, requirements and expectations for customer relationship management

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o významu samotného výzkumu potřeb, požadavků a očekávání (dále PPO) zákazníka, jeho důležitosti pro firmu nejen v krátkodobém, ale i dlouhodobém časovém horizontu. Vysvětluje také, co se pod samotným výzkumem skrývá, jaké formy může mít, co vše ho může ovlivňovat. Dále určuje význam rozsahu samotného výzkumu, trendy a budoucnost, společně s inovací tohoto výzkumu. V bakalářské práci je provedena analýza řízení vztahu k zákazníkovi, která je provedena dotazníkovým šetřením na VIP vzorku klientů. Šetření se týká způsobu komunikace mezi společností a zákazníkem, vztahu zákazníka ke společnosti a vnímání samotného zákazníka. Na základě výsledků šetření je popsána možná inovace a vyhodnocení.

Abstract:

The thesis of the bachelor studing programm discusses the importance of research itself needs, requirements, expectations (next NRE)customer, its importance for the company not only in the short term but also long-term. It also explains what the research itself hidden forms which may be what all it can influence. Furthermore, the range itself determines the importance of research,trends and future, together with the innovation of this research. The thesis is an analysis of customer relationship management, which is a questionnaire survey conducted on a sample of clients VIP. Investigation relates to a method of communication between the company and the customer, the customer relationship to the company and the customer perception of itself. Based on the results of the investigation described possible innovation and evaluation.
