Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na celkovou spokojenost současných učitelů ve svém povolání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj učitelské profese v českých zemích, na změny, kterými toto povolání procházelo a na významné mezníky, které ji ovlivnily, až po současné nároky, které jsou na učitele kladeny. The diploma thesis is focused on the total satisfaction of current teachers in their profession. The theoretical part is focused on the development of the teaching profession in the Czech republic. The changes which the profession is undergoing and important milestones that influenced it, to current demands that are placed on teachers .
