Establishment and risment, disestablishment and demise of cooperative

Abstract:

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to get familiar with not frequently used form of business – with the cooperative, sight the cooperative in the eye of the law, characteristics of its basic principles and attributes. My effort is to develop a concise and summary document that contained the most important informations about the unpent community, the cooperative. This work could be used, for example as a material for students of law or economic faculties or as an educational reading for all who are interested in the problems of the cooperative.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je oboznámenie sa s nie často používanou formou podnikania – s družstvom, pohľad na družstvo z hľadiska právnej úpravy, charakteristika jeho základných princípov a znakov. Mojou snahou je vypracovať stručný a prehľadný dokument, ktorý by obsahoval najdôležitejšie informácie ohľadom neuzavretého spoločenstva osôb, a to družstva. Táto práca by sa mohla využiť, napr. ako materiál pre študentov právnických alebo ekonomických fakúlt alebo ako náučné čítanie pre všetkých, ktorí sa zaujímajú o problematiku družstva.
