Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá pojmem veřejného zájmu. Tento pojem autor práce popíše a vymezí ho v kontrastu se soukromými zájmy. Dále se text práce zaměří na rozbor vybraných soudních rozhodnutí, a to českých i zahraničních.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the concept of public interest. This author will describe and define the work in contrast to private interests. Furthermore, the text of the thesis will focus on the analysis of selected court decisions, both Czech and foreign.
