Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vyjádření cen skrytých vad zjištěných po prodeji nemovitostí. Její součástí jsou jak základní pojmy z oboru oceňování nemovitostí, tak popsání postupu pro stanovení cen skrytých vad. Práce je zároveň zaměřená na popis konkrétních skrytých vad stropní konstrukce rodinného domu a vyčíslení vzniklé škody.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the expression of hidden defects found after the sale of real estate. It includes both basic concepts in the field of real estate valuation and a description of the procedure for determining the prices of hidden defects.
