Perception of Regional brand Krkonoše

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na producentské vnímání regionální značky Krkonoše originální produkt®. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak značku vnímají producenti, kteří jsou certifikovanými držiteli regionální značky Krkonoše originální produkt® a identifikovat vnímané nedostatky značky.Vlastní práce se věnuje charakteristice regionu Krkonoše z geografického a historického hlediska. Dále je detailněji popsána značka Krkonoše originální produkt®, kritéria certifikace a certifikovaní výrobci. Na základě dostupných sekundárních dat byla provedena analýza spotřebitelského vnímání regionálního značení napříč Českou republikou. V rámci vlastní práce bylo provedeno devět řízených rozhovorů s výrobci, jejichž produkty jsou certifikovány značkou Krkonoše originální produkt®. Jednotlivé rozhovory byly kvalitativně vyhodnoceny.Na základě analýzy rozhovorů byly zjištěny hlavní nedostatky značky, kterými je nízká informovanost uživatelů, minimální propagace produktů a nedostatečná komunikace ze strany koordinátora značky. V návaznosti na identifikované nedostatky byla navrhnuta doporučení pro vedoucího značky, která slouží k odstranění nedostatků a podpoře rozvoje regionální značky Krkonoše originální produkt®.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on producer perception of regional brand Krkonoše original product®. The aim of the work is to find out how the mark is perceived by the producers who are certified holders of the regional brand Krkonoše original product® and to identify the shortcomings of the brand. This thesis deals with the characteristics of the Giant Mountains region from a geographic and historical point of view. Furthermore, the brand Krkonoše original product®, the certification criteria and the certified manufacturer are described in more detail. On the basis of the available secondary data, an analysis of consumer perception of regional markings across the Czech Republic was carried out. Within this thesis, nine controlled interviews with producers whose products are certified by the brand Krkonoše original product® were made. Individual interviews were evaluated qualitatively. Based on the analysis of the interviews, the main shortcomings of the brand were identified, such as low user awareness, minimal product promotion and a lack of communication by the brand coordinator. Following the identified shortcomings, recommendations for the brand leaders were designed to eliminate them and support the development of the regional brand Krkonoše original product®.
