Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zaznamenat stavební osudy vybraných továrnických vil v Královéhradeckém a Libereckém kraji vystavěných v rozmezí od druhé poloviny 19. století do první poloviny 20. století, jejichž existence byla nebo je i doposud ohrožena. Součástí výběru jsou také vily již zaniklé. Práce se věnuje jak obecnému rozboru vily jako architektonického typu, tak rozboru jednotlivých vil z vybraného souboru v závislosti na jejich specifickém pojetí v kontextu se zadavateli, v tomto případě továrnickými rodinami. Továrnické vily jsou zkoumány nejen z hlediska architektonického, ale i historického, s přihlédnutím k hlavním politickým a hospodářským událostem, jež přímo i nepřímo určovaly osud vil. Dále se práce pokouší zhodnotit aktuální stav ohrožených vil s navrhnutím adekvátního způsobu záchrany a v případě zachráněných vil zhodnocuje úspěšnost a citelnost jejich restaurace s ohledem na jejich novou funkci. V obsahu práce se také reflektuje přístup státní památkové péče k objektům toho typu a kritika absence jejich ochrany.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to record a selected set of factory villas in Hradec Králové and Liberec region, which were built from the second half of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century and which existence was or still is endagered. Defunct villas are also a part of this set. The thesis also deals with both general analysis of the villa as of architectural type and the analysis of individual villa from the selected set according to their specific conception in context with the contractors, in this case factory families. Factory villas are analysed not only from the architectural, but also the historic point of view taking the account the main political and economic events that directly or indirectly determined the fate of villas. Furthermore, the thesis attempts to evaluate actual state of endagered villas with the sugestion of adequate way of saving them and in the case of saved villas evaluate the success rate and the frugality of their restoration considering their new function. In the content of the thesis is also reflected the approach of the national monument care to the objects of this type and the critique of absence of their protection.
