This bachelor thesis treats the nutrition of seniors and overall care in Elderly Nursing Home in Straznice, with regards to needs of seniors in nutrition according to nutrition needs, assurance of optimal nutrition doses, macronutrients and micronutrients, special nutrition supplements and above all adaption of food with regards to variol illnesses - diabetes mellitus, state after cerebrovascular accident …more
