The history of notary on the Jindřichův Hradec region in 1850 - 1950

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce čtenáře seznámí s dějinami notářství ve vybraném regionu, konkrétně na Jindřichohradecku, v letech 1850-1950. První kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj notářství v českých zemích ve zvoleném období. Ve druhé kapitole je nastíněna historie města Jindřichův Hradec, zejména důležité události, které ovlivnily rozvoj tohoto města, správní uspořádání tohoto regionu a významné osobnosti ve sledovaném období. Třetí kapitola pak shrnuje vývoj notářství na Jindřichohradecku, včetně vývoje tohoto institutu v Třeboni a v Lomnici nad Lužnicí. Čtvrtá kapitola této práce je zaměřena na nejvýznamnější notářské osobnosti Jindřichohradecka, jejich život, přínos a aktivitu ve veřejném životě. V páté kapitole je pak popsána publikační a jiná činnost vybraných notářů z českých zemí a následně publikační a jiná činnost jindřichohradeckých notářů uváděných ve čtvrté kapitole.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis informed the reader about the history of notary in selected region, specifically in Jindřichův Hradec region, in 1850-1950. The first chapter is focused on the history of notary system in Czech lands in selected period. The second chapter outlines the history of the town Jindřichův Hradec, especially important events that let to the formation of this town, then an administrative arrangement of this region and the most important personalities in selected period. The third chapter summarizes the history of notary system in Jindřichův Hradec, including the history of this institute in Třeboň and Lomnice nad Lužnicí. The fourth chapter of this thesis is focused on the most important notarial personalities of Jindřichův Hradec region, their life, contribution and activity in public life. The last chapter is devoted to publishing and other activities of selected notaries from Czech lands and then these activities of selected notaries from Jindřichův Hradec region, which were mentioned in the fourth chapter.
