Abstract:

Tato práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jaká je zdravotní gramotnost těhotných žen v oblasti kouření. Kouření v období gravidity sebou totiž nese spoustu rizik jak pro průběh těhotenství, tak pro plod samotný. Zaměřuji se tedy na skutečnost, jaké jsou znalosti těhotných žen o této problematice, co jsou na základě znalostí, které mají, ochotny pro dobrý průběh těhotenství udělat a v konečné fázi, jaké je jejich kuřácké chování. S problematikou kouření v těhotenství seznamuje nejprve teoretická část a práce pokračuje praktickou částí, která vznikla pomocí dotazníku určeného pro těhotné kouřící i nekouřící ženy. Konkrétně tento dotazník vyplňovaly ženy hospitalizované v Krajské zdravotní, a.s., nemocnici Most. U respondentek jsem sledovala především jejich vzdělání, životní úroveň, pracovní pozici, znalosti o škodlivém vlivu kouření na těhotenství a plod a ochotu své chování po dobu těhotenství měnit. Výzkum prokazuje, že znalosti kouřících žen o vlivu kouření na plod jsou neuspokojivé. Více než polovina těhotných žen je ochotna s kouřením po dobu těhotenství něco měnit. U 40 % žen se podařilo snížit počet vykouřených cigaret za den snížit alespoň na polovinu původních. Vyhodnocení otázky týkající se celkové zdravotní gramotnosti těhotných žen nemělo příliš tedy upokojivé výsledky.

Abstract:

This work aims to find out what the health literacy of pregnant women in the area of smoking. Smoking during pregnancy implies the many risks for pregnancy and the fetus itself. I focus on the fact what is the knowledge of pregnant women about this issue, what are based on the knowledge that they are willing to do a good pregnancy and, ultimately, what their smoking behavior. The issue of smoking in pregnancy introduces the first theoretical part and a practical part of the work goes on, which was created using a questionnaire for smoking and nonsmoking pregnant women. Specifically, the questionnaire completed by women hospitalized in the Regional Health, Inc., Hospital Bridge. In particular, respondents've watched their education, standard of living, job, knowledge about the harmful effects of smoking on pregnancy and the fetus and the willingness of their behavior during pregnancy vary. Research shows that women's knowledge about smoking effects of smoking on the fetus are unsatisfactory. More than half of pregnant women are willing to smoking during pregnancy to change anything. In 40% of women have managed to reduce the number of cigarettes smoked per day cut at least half of the original. Evaluation questions related to the overall health literacy of pregnant women did not have too therefore remains satisfactory results.
