Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou povodně jako mimořádná událost. Cílem práce je podrobně seznámit s problematikou povodně, s jejím definováním, s druhy povodní a s činnostmi odpovědných orgánů v obdobích mimo povodeň, při povodni a po povodni. The topic of this bachelor’s degree thesis is Floods as an extraordinary event. The objective is to introduce this issue in detail, provide a definition of floods and their types, and describe the tasks of responsible authorities during the periods without, during and after floods.
