Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá historií, současností a možnou budoucností vývoje gastronomických nádob. Abstract:
This bachelor’s work deals with history, recent time and possible future of cookware development. The first theoretical part outlining history of cookware from their beginnings is followed by mapping recent possibilities of choice with focus on their material and possible risks of wrong usage.
