Tato práce se zabývá změnami týkajícími se kontraktací smluv, které vyplývají z nové úpravy podle zákona č. 89/2012 sb., nový občanský zákoník, a identifikuje konkrétní dopady těchto změn na podnikatelské subjekty. This thesis deals with changes in contracting process stemming from new regulation of civil law according to the Act Nr. 89/2012 Coll., and identifies particular impacts of those changes on entrepreneurs.
