Chosen Epigraphic Monuments in the Town of Jihlava until 1900

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Vybrané epigrafické památky v Jihlavě do roku 1900 je katalogem vybraných nápisů datovaných do roku 1900 včetně na území města Jihlavy. Je zde obsaženo 67 zpracovaných památek z muzea, radnice, kostelů a exteriérů města. Nápisy jsou přítomny na náhrobnících, stěnách, sochách, předmětech různých cechů a spolků atd. Nápisy jsou v katalogu řazeny chronologicky. Je k nim připojen také popis (materiál, druh písma, rozměry, poznámkový aparát) a fotografická příloha. Ta je umístěna na přiloženém CD. Na konci katalogu najdeme rejstříky rozdělené do několika skupin.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis Chosen Epigraphic Monuments in the Town of Jihlava until 1900 is a catalogue of chosen inscriptions by the year 1900 including on the territory of town Jihlava. There are included 67 monuments from the museum, the town hall, churches and exteriors of the town. Inscriptions are on the sepulchres, walls, sculptures, objects of different guilds and associations etc. Inscriptions are sequenced in the catalogue chronologically. There are connected descriptions (material, type of writing, size, comentary) and image supplement. The supplement is on CD. At the end of the catalogue there are indexes divided to several groups.
