Contemporary Business Communication in German Commercial Letters

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with contemporary business communication. Theoretical part is dedicated to the technical language, communication, communication means and especially to business letter and its inner form that changed significantly in recent years. Practical part of the thesis focuses on the free most often used types of business letters, i.e. the inquiry, the offer and the order. The thesis is finished by routine forms of a business letter. The aim of the thesis is to point out tendencies of writing letters which will result from the analysis of gathered business letters.

Abstract:

Meine Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der modernen Geschäftskommunikation. Ihr erster Teil befasst sich mit der Fachsprache, Kommunikation, den Kommunikationsmitteln und vor allem mit dem Geschäftsbrief und seiner äußeren Form, die in letzten Jahren verändert wurde. In dem praktischem Teil werde ich mich auf die drei meistverwendeten Arten von Geschäftsbriefen, d.h. auf die Anfrage, das Angebot und die Bestellung konzentrieren und diese analysieren. Dann schließe ich mit den Routineformeln von Briefen ab. Das Ziel meiner Arbeit wird auf die Tendenzen des Schreibens von den Geschäftsbriefen gezeigt, die aus der Analyse der gesammelten Geschäftsbriefe ausgehen.
