Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem „Pracovní výkon a jeho normování“ se zaměřuje na pracovní výkon a současné nastavení norem, jejich měření a kontrolu ve výrobním podniku. Teoretická část zachycuje obecnou definici výrobních faktorů a jejich rozdělení z podnikohospodářského pohledu. Důraz je kladen na pracovní výkon a jeho normování. Poznatky z teorie jsou aplikovány v praktické části, která je věnována zjišťování a ověřování norem v podniku Pars Komponenty s.r.o., sídlící ve Studénce. Pomocí metody snímkování jsou zaznamenávány reálné časy operací, které jsou následně porovnány s nastavenými normami.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Work perormance and its standardization" focuses on work performance and the current setting of standards and their measurement and control in a manufacturing company. The theoretical part captures the general definition of production factors, their distribution from a business perspective. Emphasis is put on work performance and its standardization. The knowledge from the theory is applied in the practical part, which is devoted to the detection and verification of standards in the company Pars Komponenty s.r.o. in Studénka. Using the imaging method, real times of operations are recorded, which are then compared with the set standards.
