Integration of asylym seekers through the State Integration Program

Anotace:

Název práce: Integrace azylantů prostřednictvím Státního integračního programu Počet slov: 11 158 Práce se zabývá Státním integračním programem, respektive jeho účinností při integraci osob s přiznanou mezinárodní ochranou do naší společnosti. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na vymezení pojmů: azylant, integrace, podpora integrace, definuje Státní integrační program a popisuje jeho principy. V metodické části je zdůvodněno použití interpretativního poradigmatu, metody porozumění a rozhovoru podle návodu jako technice sběru dat při výzkumu. Hlavní výzkumná otázka je zodpovězena na základě výsledků šetření, po nalezení odpovědí na vedlejší výzkumné otázky v analytické části. V závěru je zhodnocena snaha státu a participujících organizací při podpoře integrace azylantů, zdůrazněna determinace, která je dána zemí původu uprchlíků a podtržen vliv konkrétních sociálních pracovníků na úspěšný průběh integrace.

The title of the thesis: Integration of asylum seekers through the National Integration Program The number of words: 11,158 The thesis deals with the National Integration Program and its effectiveness in the integration in the Czech society of persons with international protection. The theoretical part focuses on defining the key concepts such as asylum seeker, integration, integration support and the National Integration Program and its principles. The methodological part includes the reasoning of the use of the chosen interpretative paradigm and of the methods of understanding and of the talk according instruction as the method of collecting data in the research. The main research question is answered on the basis of results of the research after finding answers to secondary research questions in the analytical part. The conclusion includes an assessment of the efforts of the state and participating organizations in supporting integration of asylum seekers, emphasizing the determination given by the country of origin of refugees and underlining the influence of individual social workers in the successful course of integration.
