Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou age managementu 50 plus v České republice. Cílem práce je zhodnotit situaci na trhu a přístup jednotlivých společností k tomuto tématu. The diploma thesis focuses on the age management 50 plus in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the market situation and companies approach to this topic.
