Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá písemností rozhodčích smluv z pohledu judikatury. Důraz je kladen na rozbor písemnosti v režimu Úmluvy o uznání a výkonu rozhodčích nálezů, jež je nejdůležitějším mezinárodním dokumentem v této oblasti práva. This master thesis concerns the written form of arbitration agreement from the perspective of case-law. The main accent is given to the analysis of “agreement in writing” under the provisions of UN Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards.
