Práce se zabývá představením teorie interpretace práva a její aplikací na dva praktické případy s cílem zjistit vliv teorie na praxi. Z teorie interpretace práva práce analyzuje metodologii, některé směry a metody interpretace. Dále se práce zabývá některými hermeneutickými pojmy. This work deals with the introduction to the theory of interpretation of law and its application on two practical cases, with the aim to discover how theory influences practice. The work analyses methodology, some styles and methods of interpretation from theory of interpretation of law. The work also deals with some hermeneutic terms.
